To prevent material cost and manufacturing cost for an interior packaging structure from being increased, and concurrently prevent sound insulating performance from being degraded because of a drumming phenomenon by forming a back surface of a seat made out of material capable of being compression molded into a shape adapted to a shape of a body panel, and directly mounting an interior packaging member a surface of which is formed into the shape of an inner cabin, onto the body panel.
A ceiling member 12 acting as an interior packaging member is so manufactured that a needle punch felt sheet which is the mixed fibers of for example, polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers, is heated so as to allow polypropylene fibers to be softened, after it has been processed by cold press molding, and it is trimmed so as to be pierced. A back surface of the interior packaging member 12 is coated with adhesive agent 13 at its specified spots, and bonded onto the inside of the roof panel 11 of an automobile, and a sun visor 4 and a room lamp 15 are mounted onto the interior packaging member 12. As mentioned above, since the interior packaging member is directly mounted over a body panel, a condensation preventive member such as a felt sheet and the like, and a sound insulating means can thereby be eliminated, and reinforcing members are also eliminated, material cost is thereby lowered, and in addition, a superior condensation preventive effect and a sound insulating effect can thereby be obtained.
