To provide an interior panel device by which a panel body can be fitted and removed easily, while the panel body can be held stably.

The interior panel device 1 includes an upper frame member 2 and a lower frame member 3 arranged and fixed on the fitting surface 9 of a wall at a vertical interval, and the rectangular panel body 4 detachably mounted between the upper and lower frame members. The upper frame member and the lower frame member respectively have the width dimension substantially the same as that of an upper edge 40 and a lower edge 41 of the panel body. The upper frame member includes a fixed part 11 fixed to the fitting surface, and a movable locking part 12 which is mounted on the fixed part in a vertically slidable manner to restrain the upper edge of the panel body by energizing a downward pressing force. The lower frame member restrains the lower edge of the panel body while receiving the same from below.
