Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cramping of a skin material during sewing even without a backing material.SOLUTION: An interior component comprises: a skin material 7 comprising a pseudo-sewing groove 13 expressing a seam in a pseudo form and a sewing line part 11 formed by sewing along the slide part of the pseudo sewing groove 13; a sealing member 14 which is adhered to the back surface side of the skin material 7 to cover the sewing line part 11 so as to prevent leakage of a foaming liquid from the sewing line part 11; and a foam layer 8 which is formed tightly on the back surface side of the skin material adhered with the sealing member 14 by foam-molding the foaming liquid. A thick part 21 is formed in the pseudo sewing groove 13 and a sewing line part 11 of the skin material part 7.
