Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide interior parts, whose peripheral part made of epidermal material is certainly fixed on a backside of an outer wall part without using a tacker and without forming projections on the backside of the outer wall part of core material.SOLUTION: There are provided interior parts where a surface of core material 10 is covered with epidermal material 20. The core material 10 comprises a top plate 11, an outer wall part 12 having curve corner part 13, and a plurality of anti-off ribs 14 formed near backside of the outer wall part 12. A resin band 21 is attached on an inner surface of a peripheral part of the epidermal material 20, and the resin band 21 is folded to the corner part 13 in an elastic manner so that the resin band 21 and the peripheral part of the epidermal material 20 are attached and fixed onto the outer wall part 12 of the core material 10 using repulsive force generated by such folding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
