The interior structure for a vehicle includes a body panel, a first interior member 10 placed on a cabin side of the body panel, a light source body 40 attached to the first interior member 10 so as to emit light to the cabin side, and a sound absorbing material 20 placed on the first interior member 10, avoiding an area with the light source body 40 attached thereto. The sound absorbing material 20 includes a bent portion 22 formed by erecting a side portion near the light source body 40 toward the body panel side, and the bent portion 22 is formed as a light shielding portion for shielding leaked light from the light source body 40.
