The duct 28 is constituted of a gutter type duct part 26 integrally molded on a base material 22, a part of a skin 24 to cover an opening part of the duct part 26 and a garnish 34 to reinforce the skin 24 between itself and the base material 22. The skin 24 is made of an outer skin 30 exposed to the inside of the vehicle and a foaming layer 32 backed on this outer skin 30, and this foaming layer 32 faces the duct part 26.
