Abstract:
To provide a test method for testing delamination on the adhesive interface of two object layers, and a test device.SOLUTION: Provided are a delamination test method, and a test device. The delamination test method comprises: a step of applying a fluid pressure load to an adhesive interface of two object layers to be tested by supplying fluid from a fluid injection port to a fluid discharge port in a state where the region of a lower surface of a first object layer including the fluid discharge port is adhered to an upper surface of a second object layer directly or via an intervening layer, using the first object layer with a hollow insertion pipe penetrating inside, the hollow insertion pipe having one end open to the lower surface of the first object layer as the fluid discharge port, and the other end open to the outer surface of the first object layer as the fluid injection port; and a step of monitoring the state of delamination of the adhesive interface under the fluid pressure load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
