This interlining cloth 1 for the necktie comprises the triple-layer woven fabric, wherein a woven fabric composing the second layer 3 is together knotted with woven fabrics composing a first layer 2 and a third layer 4, densities of the woven fabrics of the first layer and the third layer are approximately equal to each other, and a density of the woven fabric of the second layer is set to be 15-90 % of those of the first layer and the third layer, so that the spaces are formed in the second layer.
