Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sliding doors to interlockingly fully open and automatically fully close in a sliding door device by driving the rotary wheel of a rear sliding door by means of a rotary wheel driving rail fixed to a front sliding door through a one-way-clutch.
SOLUTION: A front sliding door 16 is moved on a front sliding door hanging rail 27 through a front sliding door hanging ring 41, and a rear sliding door 17 is moved on a rear sliding door hanging rail 26 through a first rotary wheel and a rear sliding door hanging ring 31a. A second rotary wheel 34 is coaxially fitted to the first rotary wheel through a one-way-clutch, and a rotary wheel driving rail 38 fixed to the front sliding door 16 is contacted with the second rotary wheel 34 so as to rotationally drive it. Consequently, when the front sliding door 16 is moved in the opening direction, the rear sliding door 17 is moved in the same direction at the half speed of the front sliding door 16, driven by the second rotary wheel 34. When a hand is separated from the front sliding door 16, the front sliding door 16 and the rear sliding door 17 are not interlocked with each other through the one-way-clutch, moved by respective dead weights and inclination of the rails 26, 27 so as to automatically fully close, and a shock at closing is absorbed by a shock absorbing device 42.
