To provide a system for automatically washing and drying materials to be washed such as printed circuit boards which prolongs the lifetime of a rinse liquid and shortens the tact time.
On the system automatically treating materials to be washed by conveying the materials between vessels in order of the washing vessel, rinsing vessel, and drying vessel, a plurality of the treating vessels are formed by coupling the washing vessel, the first drying vessel, the rinsing vessel, and the finish drying vessel in this order. The first drying vessel is equipped with a centrifugal water eliminating and drying means and the control and operation interlocking with the command for liquid feeding to the washing vessel and the rinsing vessel, the command for liquid level control and liquid draining, and the command for transfer operation/standby of intra-vessel wash conveying machines to the adjacent vessels and the command for the operation/stop of the respective treating vessels, are executed by a controller according to the setting conditions set by a console panel.
