The interlocking valve V is formed by building a main valve unit 1 having a working fluid switching valve member 11 in a first casing 10, building a drive side operation unit 2 having a drive piston 21 to drive the valve member 11 in a first end plate 20, building a return side operation unit 3 having a return spring 31 to return the valve member 11 in a second end plate 30, building an OR circuit unit 4 having a plurality of shuttle valves S1-S3, a plurality of OR input ports X1-X4 and one OR output port Y to output the control fluid to the drive piston 21 in a second casing 40, and holding the first casing 10 and the second casing 40 and coupling them with each other between the first end plate 20 and the second end plate 30 facing each other.
