Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a laminated glass having excellent sound insulating property for a wide temp. range.
CONSTITUTION: This intermediate film for laminated glass consists of polynornornene resin film (A) interposed between two polyvinylacetal resin films (B). The polynorbornene resin film (A) consists of polynorbornene resin having 50000 to 5000000 number average mol.wt and plasticizer, and has -20 to 30°C glass transition temp., (TgA). The polyvinylacetal resin (B) consists of polyvinylacetal resin having 4-10 carbon numbere of acetal groups and plasticizer and has -10 to 30o glass transition temp. (TgB0. These glass transition temps. (TgA) and (TgB) satisfy the relation of TgA+5°C<TgB<TgA+18°C or TgA-18°C<TgB<TgA-5°C.
