Abstract:
To provide an intermediate support part for a lockup damper that is independent of spring force and centrifugal force of damper springs in a lockup damper contained in a torque converter.
In a lockup damper, damper springs 4 are restrainedly arranged in series between a piston side spring retainer 1 and turbine side spring bearings 2 and 3, and independent intermediate support parts 5 are each interposed between two adjacent damper springs 4.
