Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate support of wire pull conveyer which can carry out a stable conveying, without causing damage to a hanger to connect a conveyer belt and a wire rope, and by preventing not only coming-off of the wire rope, but also the slipping down of the wire rope to the inner side.
SOLUTION: In a wire pull conveyer in which plural intermediate supports to support a conveyer main body between a driving drum and a driven drum, several carrier rollers 11 are provided according to a bending curve by the load of the wire ropes 7 of the conveyer main body 5 by changing their heights. In both sides of the carrier rollers 11, tire form rollers 12 whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the carrier rollers 11, and taper rollers 13 inclined to the outside, are provided in a separately rotatable manner.
