Abstract:
To provide an intermittent coating device which forms a start portion and an end portion of a coating part into a bluff-like shape in intermittent coating, and to provide an intermittent valve used in the intermittent coating device.SOLUTION: An intermittent coating device includes: a die 14 which alternately forms coated parts and uncoated parts in a travelling web W to perform intermittent coating; a pump 30 which supplies a coating liquid in a tank 28; a first valve 100 which has a first inflow port 122 connected with the pump 30 and a first discharge port 120 and which discharges the coating liquid intermittently from the first discharge port 120; and a suck-back device 300 connected between a coating liquid supply port 26 provided at the die 14 and the first discharge port 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
