This intermittent feed printer has the first intermittent feed printing part 2 provided with printing units 9a, 9b and an adhesive applying device 10 in a travel route of a continuous paper sheet 6 provided with loop parts R1, R2 in both end parts, and the second intermittent feed printing part 3 provided with a printing unit 9c in a travel route of the continuous paper sheet 6 provided with loop parts R3, R4 in both end parts, the intermittent feed printer is provided with a travel route with the continuous paper sheet traveling continuously between the both loop parts between the first intermittent feed printing part and the second intermittent feed printing part, is provided, in the travel route, with a foil transfer part 3 printed by the first intermittent feed printing part and for press-transferring the foil onto a printing face applied with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and is constituted to make the printing unit of the second intermittent feed printing part printable on the surface of the foil transferred by the foil transfer part.
