Abstract:
To provide an intermittent injection molding machine for a sheet capable of preventing the temperature irregularity of a plasticizing resin to mold the sheet uniform in thickness.
The intermittent injection molding machine for the sheet is equipped with an injection device 12 for plasticizing a synthetic resin material to inject the plasticizing resin, the hot runner manifold 23 communicating with the injection device 12 and having a volume for housing the plasticizing resin intermittently injected from the injection device in an amount corresponding to an almost one injection molded sheet 20 and an injection molding die 21 equipped with the injection lip 25 communicating with the hot runner manifold 23.
