Title:
INTERMITTENT SIGNAL GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003037506
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To use an existing signal generator source to generate a desired audio signal intermittently.

In an intermittent signal generator 1, an existing generator can be used as a signal source as it is. An audio signal A from the generator is input from an input terminal 8, and is supplied to an analog switch 5. On the other hand, when a changeover switch 10 (in Fig. 3) is operated, a transmission time Tt and a transmission stop time Ts can be set by a transmission time setting switch 3 and a transmission stop time setting switch 4 respectively, and a controller 7 generates a timing signal B, which repeats 'H' period specified by the transmission time Tt set by the switch 3 and 'L' period specified by the transmission stop time Ts set by the switch 4 alternately. The analog switch 5 is on/off-controlled by the timing signal B. This provides an intermittent audio signal C, which repeats the transmission period of time Tt and the transmission stop period of time Ts alternately.
