Abstract:

To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of reducing the processing load of an electronic control unit (ECU).

The internal combustion engine control device 1 is provided with: an electronic throttle opening sensor 2 for detecting the opening of an electronic throttle; a cylinder internal pressure sensor 3 for detecting the cylinder internal pressure of an engine 6; and an engine control ECU5 having a AD converter 7 and a controller 8. The controller 8 determines whether the variation of the opening of the electronic throttle is equal to or below a prescribed value on the basis of the detected value of the electronic throttle opening sensor 2 and when the variation of the opening of the electronic throttle is equal to or below the prescribed value, sampling and AD conversion of the detected value of the cylinder pressure sensor 3 are carried out in a fixed crank angle period and when a main control of the engine 6 is performed and the variation of the opening of the electronic throttle is not equal to or below the prescribed value, the sampling and the AD conversion of the detected value of the cylinder pressure sensor 3 are stopped.
