PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of actualizing stable travel according to a request from a driver and preventing the worsening of fuel efficiency and the deterioration of emission performance without lowering operability.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device S mounted on a ride type vehicle for controlling the throttle opening of an engine of the ride type vehicle controls the throttle opening so that, when first conditions are established that the throttle opening is not smaller than a predetermined opening, the range of an accelerator opening of the ride type vehicle is within a predetermined range, the range of an engine speed is within a predetermined range, and the range of the speed of the ride type vehicle is within a predetermined range, the throttle opening with the first conditions established is attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
