Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of cooperation between an external EGR control considering even the state of battery charged capacity and on-vehicle electrical load, and power generation control in the control device of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A control part includes: a power generator; a battery which stores power; an external EGR part which has an EGR passage for recirculating exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine to the suction side and an EGR valve for adjusting reflux volume of waste gas; a battery charged capacity detection part; an on-vehicle electric load detection means; and an EGR valve opening correction means which has an internal state detection part for detecting at least one of air intake and exhaust pressure, air intake and exhaust temperature, internal combustion engine temperature, an internal combustion engine power, a throttle opening and an internal combustion engine rotation number, judges a target EGR valve opening based on an internal state signal of the internal state detection part and corrects the opening of the EGR valve in accordance with the state of charged capacity and on-vehicle electric load.
