Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine, which in recovering exhaust emission control performance of an exhaust emission control device, can efficiently recover the exhaust emission control performance and secure satisfactory fuel economy even when the internal combustion engine is in an operation range of a relatively low load.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine 3 comprises a low pressure stage turbocharger 8, a high pressure stage turbocharger 9, a CBV (Compressor Bypass Valve) 10 opening and closing a compressor bypass passage 6a, a LP-WGV (Low pressure-Waste gate valve) 14 opening and closing a LP (Low Pressure) turbine bypass passage 13a, a HP-TBV (High pressure-Turbine Bypass Valve) 15 opening and closing a HP (High Pressure) turbine bypass passage 13b, and a DPF 31 cleaning exhaust gas. A control device 1 of the internal combustion engine comprises an ECU 2. The ECU 2 executes a DPF regeneration control process (step 11), and during execution of the DPF regeneration control process, when the operation range of the internal combustion engine 3 is in a predetermined first operation range A1, executes first supercharge control of controlling the CBV 10 into a fully closed state, the HP-TBV 15 into a fully opened state and the LP-WGV 14 into a valve open state, respectively (steps 20-22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
