Abstract:
To further optimize fuel injection amount in a transition period in which an exhaust temperature or exhaust pressure fluctuates when controlling an internal combustion engine with an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) device.SOLUTION: In a control device for an internal combustion engine, on the basis of a result obtained by subtracting EGR gas partial pressure from intake pressure in an intake passage continuing to a cylinder, fuel injection amount corresponding to fresh air sucked to the cylinder is determined. At this time, the EGR gas partial pressure is estimated by adding a correction corresponding to an exhaust temperature or exhaust pressure at that time to a basic estimation value corresponding to engine speed and an EGR valve opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
