To provide a fuel-reforming device in an internal combustion engine which can effectively remove impurity iron content which cannot be seen with naked eyes such as rust contained in fuel, and to significantly reduce wear of cylinders.
A fuel filter of the fuel-reforming device of the internal combustion engine is constituted of a case body with a top opening, a cover body, a filter element, top and bottom magnets, and a plurality of board shape magnets. A fuel delivery passage is formed at the center of the cover body covering the top opening of the case body in a sealed condition, and a fuel supply passage is formed at the outer periphery of the cover body. Then the filter element, of which lower end part is blocked, uses a cylindrically folded filter, and the center of the filter housed within the case body is connected to the fuel delivery passage; and the outer periphery of the filter is connected to the fuel supply passage. Then the top and bottom magnets are attached at the top and bottom surfaces of the filter element, and the plurality of board shape magnets are attached to the filter at prescribed intervals.
