The fitting portion 31 of the pin rod 4 is pressure-fitted and fixed to the first pressure-fitting hole 33 of the output gear member 11, and the endmost portion 32 of the pin rod 4 is pressure-fitted and fixed to the second pressure-fitting hole 34 of the sensor holding member 12. Thereby, the output gear member 11 and sensor holding member 12 are firmly fitted and held around the periphery of the end of the pin rod 4 on the side of an actuator in the rotation axis direction. Since the number of components and assembly man-hours are reduced in comparison with the existing technology, it is possible to achieve cost reduction. Accordingly, the structure with the output gear member 11 and sensor holding member 12 separately fitted and fixed around the periphery of the end of the pin rod 4 on the side of the actuator in the rotation axis direction is inexpensively achieved in comparison with the existing technology.
