To suppress vibration, as well as to efficiently transmit torque of each crankshaft to an output shaft, in an internal combustion engine with two crankshafts, in which the torque of two crankshaft corresponding to two cylinder groups is transmitted to one output shaft and is output to a drive line of a vehicle.
Crankshaft-side gears 5a, 5b are disposed to one end of each crankshaft, and an output-shaft-side gear 7 fit with both of two crankshaft-side gears 5a, 5b is disposed to one end of the output shaft 6. The other end of the output shaft 6 is extended and positioned on the other end sides of two crankshaft, and an output taking out part 8 for taking out the output to the drive line of the vehicle is connected with the other end of the output shaft 6.
