Abstract:
To reduce the generation of NOx as small as possible even when the atmospheric pressure is changed.
This internal combustion engine comprises a system for introducing an exhaust gas into a combustion chamber 5. An air/fuel ratio is controlled to be approximately a theoretical air/fuel ratio. The fuel injection is increased when the atmospheric pressure is lower than a predetermined pressure.
