Abstract:
To suppress attachment of a fuel to an inner wall of a combustion chamber in an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: In an internal combustion engine including a cylinder head 15, a cylinder 13, an intake port 30 formed on the cylinder head 15 for sucking the air into a combustion chamber 28, an intake valve 32 for opening and closing the intake port 30 and the combustion chamber 28, an exhaust port 31 for exhausting a gas of the combustion chamber 28, an exhaust valve 33 for opening and closing the exhaust port 31 and the combustion chamber 28, a cam shaft 36 for applying power to the intake valve 32 and the exhaust valve 33, a cam chain 40 for transmitting the power to the cam shaft 36, and an injector 41 for directly injecting a fuel to the combustion chamber 28, the intake port 30 and the exhaust port 31 are disposed one by one, and the injector 41 is disposed between the intake port 30 and the cam chain 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
