Abstract:
To enable a state of a fastening member fastening a plate member to be easily confirmed in an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine comprises: a crank case 30; a crank shaft 31 supported through the crank case 30; a plate member 61 which is fixed to the crank shaft 31 and integrally rotated with the crank shaft 31; and a fastening member 65 which fastens the plate member 61 with respect to the crank shaft 31 in a shaft direction of the crank shaft 31. The plate member 61 is arranged an inner side of the crank case 30 with respect to a supporting wall 42 of the crank case 30 rotatably supporting a journal section 51 of the crank shaft 31. The supporting wall 42 has a confirmation hole 75 at a position overlapped with the fastening member 65 offset in a radial direction with respect to a rotation center of the crank shaft 31 when viewed in the shaft direction of the crank shaft 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
