In case of the upper face of a locker cover 6 being provided with a plurality of intake port opening holes 90 to which intake ports are opened and a plurality of insert holes 94 for leading spark plugs to spark plug insert passages, a gas-liquid separation chamber 120 for separating gas and liquid of blow-by gas is provided being positioned between a plurality of intake port opening holes 90 and a plurality of insert holes 94, and an outer shell 120a of the gas-liquid separation chamber 120 is formed to protrude between a plurality of intake port opening holes and between a plurality of insert holes, viewing from the axial direction of each cylinder.
