Abstract:

To provide an internal compensation method and device for a rotary main spindle tool axial yaw.

A tool cutting point is controlled so as to maintain predetermined axial positioning accuracy by using active yaw control technique and adapting it in an air float main spindle, directly measuring an axial yaw of a tool by a sensor outside a main spindle, and using measurement data as a feedback signal. An active compensation function for tool cutting point dynamic axial positioning is provided by adding an electromagnetic control module to a center shaft rear end of a main spindle interior and finely adjusting an axial position of a center shaft by non-contact magnetic force.
