To determine whether to complete drying of the inside of an object having been subjected to freeze-drying, in a non-destructive manner.SOLUTION: A internal dry state determination method for a freeze-drying object is a method for determining an internal dry state of an object having been subjected to freeze-drying, and comprises: an arrangement step of arranging the object having been subjected to freeze-drying, in a resonance electromagnetic field of microwaves generated with a microwave resonator; a detection step of detecting at least one of resonance frequency and resonance peak voltage in the resonance electromagnetic field after the object is arranged; and a determination step of comparing the detection value obtained in the detection step with a preset threshold to determine the internal dry state of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
