Abstract:
To provide an internal gear pump with high-discharging efficiency.
A plate 70 where a crescent-shaped hole 76 corresponding with a shape of a crescent 40 is created is arranged between a piston 56 and gears 22/26, and a part of the crescent 40 protruding from the gears 22 and 26 is housed in the crescent-shaped hole 76. The piston slid by the pressing force of a fluid which is introduced behind a piston body 58 pushes the gears 22 and 26 via the plate 70 to press gears 22 and 26 against a base wall 16 without blocked by the protruding part of the crescent 40. Accordingly, gaps between the bottom wall 16 and gears 22/26 are eliminated and no fluid leaks, so discharging efficiency of this internal gear pump 10 is improved.
