Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal gear pump capable of suppressing the discharge amount of liquid at the time of high-speed rotation by controlling discharge pressure, while decreasing size, weight and costs.SOLUTION: In an internal gear pump 1, an inner rotor 3 having a plurality of external teeth is stored in an outer rotor 2 having a plurality of internal teeth so as to engage the external teeth with the internal teeth and rotate in an eccentric state. A trochoid 4 is provided, which is formed with a suction side capacity chamber sucking liquid, and a discharge side capacity chamber discharging the sucked liquid into the suction side capacity chamber, between the internal teeth and the external teeth. A casing formed with a recessed portion 8 for storing the trochoid 4, and a cover 6 for blocking the recessed portion 8 are provided. Discharging means 9 is provided, which communicates with a liquid channel formed on a bottom surface of the recessed portion 8 and partially discharges the liquid in a storage space of the trochoid composed of the casing and the cover 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
