Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly operate a rotor without run idle even in use of liquid with high viscosity by surely preventing leakage of air from a discharge side to an intake side.
SOLUTION: In an internal gear pump, an outer rotor 3 is provided to be rotatable inside a casing 1, an inner rotor 2 is inscribed inside the outer rotor 3, the outer rotor 3 and the inner rotor 2 are rotated, a volume of a volume chamber V8 formed by contacting the outer rotor 3 and the inner rotor 2 with each other is changed by rotating the chamber V8, fluid is supplied to the volume chamber V8 in which the volume is increased via an intake opening and the fluid is discharged to a discharge opening from the volume chamber V8 in which the volume is decreased. A closed part V is formed in the volume chamber V8 by constituting such that the volume chamber V8 and a deformed port 10 are partially overlapped, whereby the inside of the volume chamber V8 is substantially in an enclosed state. Therefore, the fluid is pushed out to parts between the rotor 2, 3 and the casing 1 to be sealed.
