PURPOSE: To improve the volume efficiency by rotatably supporting the partitions, which are provided between an internal gear and a pinion and divided into external and internal sides, and by minimizing each tooth tip clearance by expanding the divided partitions, towrd inner and outer circumferences, with high-pressure liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Both sides of a fixed partition 4 are respectively provided with circular-arc shaped movable partitions 6 and 6' as well as 7 and 7' being divided from the fixed partition 4 and supported rotatably by pins 5 and 5'. A high-pressure liquid introducing slot 8 is formed betwen the joint surface of the partitions 6 and 7, and the joint surfaces are furnished with plural number of spring 10. It is same as for partitions 6' and 7'. The high-pressure liquid in an oil chamber 9 is introduced into the slot 8 to expand it. Therefore, both the clearances between the tooth tip of an internal gear 2 and the partition 6 as wellas between the tooth tip of a pinion 3 and the partition 7 can be controlled to a minimum.
