To provide an internal machine for Bourdon tube instrument without performance deterioration, capable of acquiring a noncontact signal for sequence control when reaching a set pressure value, and to provide a Bourdon tube instrument installed with the same.

The internal machine for Bourdon tube instrument indicates by expanding an amount of displacement of the tube tip 25 of the Bourdon tube 24, by transmitting a movement of one of the tube tips 25 of the Bourdon tube 24 having twin tube tips 25 via a sector gear 8 and a pinion shaft 3 to a measured value indicator needle 27, wherein the mechanism is provided such that a sensor mechanism 15, a light shielding plate 17, a boss mechanism 20 and a pedestal gear 22 are set and a setting indicator needle 23 is attached to a scale plate 26 and the pedestal gear 22 so that a setting gear 21 and a sensor mechanism rotating gear 16 are engaged and the setting gear 21 and the pedestal gear 22 are engaged.
