Abstract:
To provide an internal piping structure of vacuum heat insulation pipe capable of absorbing heat shrinkage of internal piping where cryogenic fluid flows and making its small sized formation.SOLUTION: An inner pipe structure 1 of a vacuum heat insulation pipe of this invention comprises an inner pipe 5 installed in a vacuum pipe 3 held in vacuum state to cause cryogenic fluid flows; a bellows 11 arranged between a pipe 7 and a pipe 9 constituting the inner pipe 5 to absorb thermal shrinkage of the inner pipe 5 that occurs when cryogenic fluid flows in the inner pipe 5; and a thrust force receiving member 13 for receiving thrust force generated at the inner pipe 5 due to inner pressure generated when the cryogenic fluid passes through the inner pipe 5 characterized in that the pipe 7 an enlarged diameter part 7a that is expanded in its diameter at the end part, the pipe 9 has an end part that is inserted into the enlarged diameter part 7a with a predetermined clearance, the bellows 11 is arranged along the outer peripheral surface of the end part of the pipe 9 inserted into the enlarged diameter part 7a and each end part is connected to a pipe end part 9a of the pipe 9 and an extremity end 7b of the enlarged diameter part 7a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
