PURPOSE: To obtain an internal separation agent used to form by reactive injection isocyanate reactive composition which consists of an organic acid metal salt as separation agent and a specific guanidine or isourea as compatible agent.
CONSTITUTION: The internal separation agent is provided, by stirring (A) 0.1-40wt.%, preferably 1-20wt.% of a separable organic acid metal salt, preferably a 10-18C aliphatic monocarbonic acid metal salt (zinc staerate is good) and (B) a compound of guanidine and/or isourea which is represented by formula I [where, X is O, S, formula II, and R1-R5 are each H, an organic radical (e.g. an alkyl radical, or an cyclo alkyl radical)] and has up to 1500 molecular weight at room temperature or increasing temperature. The agent is used to form by reactive injection organic mixture of a polyisocyanate and an isocyanate reactive composition.
