To provide an internally illuminating color cone which is good in water resistance, and implemented by using a commercial color cone.

The internally illuminating color cone is formed of the color cone 2 which is integrally molded of a synthetic resin having optical transparency, a light ring 3 arranged on a lower inner portion of the color cone 2, for emitting light upward, and a power source device 4 arranged at the top of the color cone 2, for feeding power to the light ring 3. The light ring 3 has an annular case 31 having a frusto-conical cylinder portion 32, and a plurality of light emitting diodes 6 arranged on an upper edge of the cylinder portion 32 at intervals. The power source device 4 has a solar battery 41, a secondary battery 42 charged by the solar battery 41, a lighting driving circuit substrate 43 for controlling feeding from the secondary battery 42 to the light emitting diodes 6, and an envelope 44 housing therein the solar battery 41, the secondary battery 42, and the lighting driving circuit substrate 43.
