Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of operation times or channel connection, to reduce entire communication time and to reduce communication the cost in receiving electronic information.
SOLUTION: When a connection request signal to a provider server 30a is sent to a SCP(service control point) 23 of a telephone line network 20, the request signal is line-connected by an incoming LS (line switch) 24a to enable communication between the provider server 30a and a terminal 10. Upon the reception of a connection request signal of a provider server 30b, the SCP 23 maintains a connection state with the terminal 10 and interrupts the connection to the provider server 30a and connects to the provider server 30b so as to enable communication between the provider server 30b and the terminal 10.
