Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone system for a multiple dwelling house in which each community place of the multiple dwelling house is monitored without the need for particularly setting an absence mode by each house, the control for monitoring has a simple configuration and of which the cost is reduced.
SOLUTION: The system is provided with a collective entrance unit 1 placed at an entrance E of the multiple dwelling house, living room master units 4a, 4b,... installed in living rooms, and a control unit 3 for controlling a call/speech between the collective entrance unit and the living room master unit, the multiple dwelling house has cameras 5a, 5b for monitoring each community place such as the entrance and a parking place T and a storage device 6 for storing a video imaged by the cameras, and the living room master unit has a display means 41 for transmitting a video acquisition request signal to display a video stored in the storage device and displaying the video read from the storage device according to the video acquisition request signal.
