PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for a diagnostic reading request to be diagnostically read divided into a plurality of stages, a mechanism that can determine a diagnostic reading doctor considering an order of the stages.SOLUTION: A diagnostic reading request to be diagnostically read divided into a plurality of stages, and a schedule of a diagnostic reading doctor who diagnostically reads medical image data are stored. When the diagnostic reading doctor being responsible for the diagnostic reading associated with the stored diagnostic reading request is determined for each stage, a diagnostic reading doctor who can diagnostically read in the schedule later than the schedule of a diagnostic reading doctor being responsible for a first stage diagnostic reading performing the diagnostic reading, is determined as a diagnostic reading doctor being responsible for a second stage diagnostic reading performed after the first stage using the stored schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
