Abstract:
To provide an interval adjustment fastener capable of adjusting fine intervals and preventing occurrence of metal powder, and a unit using the interval adjustment fastener.SOLUTION: An interval adjustment fastener comprises an insert nut 22 embedded in a fixed object 21, a collar 23, and a bolt 24. Inside the insert nut 22, a bag-shaped bolt hole 26 is formed: on the inlet side of the insert nut 22, a reverse screw female screw part 29 having a diameter larger than that of the bolt hole 26 is formed; and the collar 23 is formed with a reverse screw male screw part 31 formed on its outer periphery. The center part of the collar 23 is formed with a center hole 32 through which the bolt 24 can be inserted, and a torque transmission unit 33 that transmits the rotation of the bolt 24 to the collar 23. With this interval adjustment fastener, it is possible to fix a component with a minute interval in a unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
