Abstract:
To provide an intestinal residue discharge tube having suitable length and stiffness, and having the capability of being inserted in a single operation.
This tube is formed out of an end guide part 1, a tube 2, a balloon 3 and a joint connector 4. The end guide part 1 has flexibility and length between 0cm and 10cm. In addition, length from the forward end of the end guide part 1 to a valve mounted on the tube is between 10cm and 50cm, while length from the forward end of the end guide part 1 to the rear end of the joint connector 4 is between 50cm and 200cm. Also, the tube 2 has stiffness enough to run through a restricted part.
