Abstract:
To further improve a prediction accuracy of an intra prediction by a prediction image composition method.SOLUTION: An intra prediction device performs an intra prediction for an image block obtained by dividing an original image. The intra prediction device comprises: a first prediction image generation part that predicts the image block from a first intra prediction mode as a directional property prediction; a second prediction image generation part that generates a second prediction image by predicting the image block by a second intra prediction mode as a non-directional property prediction; a weighting coefficient determination part that determines a weighting coefficient used when performing a weighting composition of the first prediction image and the second prediction image on the basis of at least one of the block size and a block form of the image block; and an image composition part that performs the weighting composition of the first and second prediction images by using the weighting coefficient determined by the weighting coefficient determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
