To provide a new anti-malignancy polypeptide.
Compounds and compositions for eliciting or enhancing immune reactivity to HER-2/neu protein are provided. The compounds include polypeptides and nucleic acid molecules encoding such peptides. The compounds may be used for the prevention or treatment of malignancies in which the HER-2/neu oncogene is associated.
