本発明は、乳房障害を有する対象を治療するための乳管内送達方法及び組成物に関する。組成物は、腫瘍微小環境において、M2マクロファージをM1マクロファージに再分極化させ、M2マクロファージを減少させ、M1マクロファージを増加させ、及び/又は対象における化学療法に対する感受性を増加させることができる、再分極化剤及び分極化遮断剤を含む。
