To provide an intranuclear receptor ligand detecting agent capable of being used in detecting binding properties of an environmental sample, such as a chemical substance, river water, and sea water, and a biological sample, such as blood, to an internuclear receptor, and to provide a method for detecting an intranuclear receptor ligand, capable of simply and rapidly detecting the binding properties to the internuclear receptor.
This intranuclear acceptor ligand detecting agent has a detecting tag region and a ligand-depending binding region, contains at least one kind of fusion protein, and is used in detecting the intranuclear receptor ligand, wherein the ligand-depending binding region is composed of an animo acid sequence in which at least a part of an amino acid sequence of a transcriptional core activator, or one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence, is subjected to deletion, substitution or addition, and the fusion protein has activity of binding to the internuclear receptor in a ligand-depending manner.
