To provide a three-dimensional oral cavity measurement apparatus capable of accurately three-dimensionally measuring a wide-range measurement range in an oral cavity that is a narrow space, an oral cavity three-dimensional measurement method, and a display method for a three-dimensional oral cavity measurement result.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional oral cavity measurement method includes: a wide-range three-dimensional measurement information acquisition step (a step s1) of acquiring wide-range three-dimensional measurement information acquired by measuring a wide-range shape in a desired measurement range in the oral cavity; a narrow-range three-dimensional measurement information acquisition step (a step s2) of acquiring a plurality of pieces of narrow-range three-dimensional measurement information acquired by measuring a narrow-range three-dimensional shape that is narrower than the wide range in the measurement range; and a synthetic three-dimensional information creation step (a step s3) of disposing the narrow-range three-dimensional measurement information on the basis of the wide-range three-dimensional measurement information using common measurement-range position information in the wide-range three-dimensional measurement information and the narrow-range three-dimensional measurement information, as a synthesis reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
